Scope of Services

  • Attend and coordinate with clients on the daily progress report of vessels in field operation
  • Responsible for ensuring that the vessel Time Sheet is accurate and timely submitting to RSOS for processing
  • Ensure that every onboard are working in accordance to Company safety procedures
  • Coordinate on the timely arrival of all vessels with regards to Cargo and vessel provision and spares operation
  • To provide technical solutions to present engineering challenges on the vessels assigned to him, keeping in mind on its conformity.

Work in collaboration with Port Engineer, Port Safety Officer and Shore Based Technical Manager to maintain sufficient and up to date critical spares stock at warehouse in relation to the logistical lead time for procurement and delivery as well as ensure that critical spares do not impede on vessel performance.

  • Ensure that any deficiencies that arise to be immediately rectifies and reported to clients
  • Ensure that all operational information is forward to the vessel and adhered to
  • Participate in and issue written reports/statements of inspections, investigation and similar activities when required
  • Perform all necessary activities to enhance efficient and safe operation of the vessel

Cargo Temperature monitoring

  • Prior vessel arrival at Indonesian port shall coordinate with supplier and agent about the cargo readiness, legality of cargoes, nominated tug / barges movements, loading prospects, weather and sea condition and other information is required related to the shipment preparation.
  • Direct or coordinate crew members or workers performing activities such as loading or unloading cargo, steering vessels, operating engines, or operating, maintaining, or repairing ship equipment.
  • Monitor the loading or unloading of cargo
  • Maintain records of daily activities, personnel reports, ship positions and
  • movements, ports of call, weather and sea conditions, pollution control efforts, or cargo or passenger status.
  • Arrange for ships to be fuelled, restocked with supplies, or repaired.
  • Purchase supplies or equipment.
  • Resolve questions or problems with customs officials
  • Accident and incident Investigations
  • Third party attendance or Marine incidents
  • Marine Assurance Survey
  • Identification of navigational routes
  • During loading activities coordination with Officers on board, Stevedores, Master tug/ barges to make smooth in loading activity and it will be recorded and stated all the activities in our accuracy’s time sheet / SOF.
  • Methane monitoring
  • Damage investigation
